Transform & Heal

8-Week Journey: Heal Your Relationship with Food & Self

Transform the way you think and feel about food and your body — Finally finding peace and freedom

Heal your relationship with food and move past old patterns, release guilt, and rediscover a sense of balance

It’s not a lack of effort, discipline, or knowledge.

The truth is, most diets and weight-loss plans focus only on what you eat, not why you eat, how your body reacts, or how your mind and emotions influence your choices. This creates a cycle of restriction, bingeing, guilt, and disappointment — leaving you exhausted and stuck in the very pattern you’re trying to break.

You don't need another diet

You don’t need another diet. You don’t need to know more about calories, macros, or the “perfect” plan. What you need is a deeper understanding of your relationship with food, your body, and your emotions. By addressing the root causes — emotional eating, limiting beliefs, body mistrust, and diet culture conditioning — you can finally break free from the cycle, release guilt, and create lasting, sustainable change.

This is where I come in

This is where I come in. Through my holistic coaching and programmes, I will guide you to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, rebuild trust in your body, and develop a balanced, peaceful relationship with food. You’ll learn how to respond to your body’s signals, and make choices that support your wellbeing — without restriction, shame, or “all or nothing” thinking.

With over 13 years of experience working in the NHS, as a Nutritionist in Weight Management, I’ve supported thousands of people through weight management programmes, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes and improve their health.

Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellbeing isn’t about restriction or quick fixes — it’s about creating balance, building confidence, and finding what truly works for you. I take a personalised and compassionate approach, recognising that everyone’s journey is unique.

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready to stop battling with food and start building a healthier, more peaceful relationship with it.

  • You find yourself turning to food, snacks, or alcohol when you’re stressed, tired, or emotional — and you’re ready to understand why.

  • You’ve tried countless diets, but the results never seem to last, and you want a more sustainable, balanced approach that actually fits your life.

  • You’re open to exploring the emotional and mindset side of wellbeing, not just what’s on your plate.

  • You’re ready to feel confident, calm, and in control around food — without guilt, restriction, or “all or nothing” thinking.
