I'll let you in on a little secret.......diets don't work!

If you want long lasting changes to your health and weight, you need to take a different approach, and it’s my mission to help you BREAK FREE from diet culture, and transform and heal your relationship with food.

​​

I will help you create a calmer, kinder, and more trusting relationship with food. My approach isn’t about dieting, control, or counting calories. It’s about reconnecting to your body’s wisdom, understanding the “why” behind your eating habits, and learning to nourish yourself with compassion instead of criticism.

​

Through a holistic blend of mindful nutrition, emotional awareness, and self-compassion, I guide you to uncover the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck, so you can finally feel free around food and at home in your body.

Alongside my 8-Week “Transform and Heal” Programme, I also offer in-depth 1:1 coaching for those who want more personalised support. These sessions are tailored entirely to you — exploring your unique story, challenges, and goals to get to the root of your relationship with food and create lasting, meaningful change. Together, we’ll work gently but deeply to help you move past old patterns, release food guilt, and rediscover what it means to truly nourish yourself — mind, body, and soul.​​​​

In addition to being a registered Nutritionist; ANutr, Sarah is also an experiences and highly skilled holistic and complementary therapist. We offer both remedical and holistic treatments; Swedish massge, Reiki, sound therapy, Indian head massage and meditation.

We also facilitate transformative residential and day retreats in the Lake District and Cumbria!

Sarah is driven by a deep passion for helping others. She brings a wealth of experience to the wellness field, recognising our unique individuality, she adopts a personalised approach to health. 

Sarah has over 14 years of experience working clinically in the NHS for weight management programmes across Cumbria in the UK, helping thousands of people make and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes, and improve their health.

Alongside being a Nutritionist registered with the Association for Nutrition, Sarah is also a highly skilled Holistic Therapist and Reiki master teacher, offering holistic and complementary therapies, meditation classes, Reiki courses and facilitating wellness retreats in the Lake District.
